Assistant Manager, Client Development

Summary The Assistant Manager, Client Development will act as a brand ambassador and business leader within the boutique, driving sales and fostering exceptional client experiences. This role focuses on coaching and developing the team through floor time, training, and collaboration with boutique leadership to deliver business results. The position requires in‑store presence and engagement with community and partnership initiatives to grow the client base. Responsibilities Coach, mentor, and develop boutique team members through selling‑floor leadership and ongoing training. Inspire and drive elevated client service to deliver consistent and memorable experiences. Support Boutique Leadership with business knowledge, operational standards, and performance tracking. Represent the brand in‑market by developing client relationships, community involvement, and local partnerships. Maintain boutique image, merchandising, and service standards to support sales objectives. Requirements Minimum 3 years of related experience in retail or client development. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent communication skills and a passion for client experience. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
