We’re hiring a Legal Support Coordinator (Paralegal) in Minnetonka, MN! Commercial Collection Bureau, Inc. (CCB) is a specialized commercial collection agency focused on creditors’ rights. We help businesses across the country recover outstanding debts. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused team member to join our Minnetonka office. This role combines legal administrative work with excellent client service — perfect for someone with paralegal, legal assistant, or strong client relations experience. What You’ll Do: Prepare and forward legal files to our nationwide network of creditors’ rights attorneys Proactively follow up with attorneys on case status, settlements, and documentation Provide outstanding client service — answering questions, handling inquiries, and building strong relationships Support new client onboarding and system setup (data entry, portal training, troubleshooting) Handle general administrative tasks and database updates What We Offer: $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience) Part-time or full-time flexible schedule Paid Time Off and paid holidays for full-time employees Comprehensive training in creditors’ rights and compliance Supportive team environment with room to grow Location: Fully on-site in Minnetonka, MN (no remote) Ideal Candidate: 1–3+ years in paralegal/legal assistant work, client service, collections, or legal administration.
