WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A TIRE RETAIL STORE LEADER High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience managing a retail tire store Valid CA driver's license Excellent communication skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills A motivated and customer-service–oriented leader with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and pushes themselves and their team to achieve results A 2-year college degree or equivalent managerial certificate is preferred. YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR TIRE RETAIL STORE LEADER This full-time role features a consistent schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Saturday 8 AM - 3 PM Closed Sundays Overtime opportunities are available for motivated candidates. As our Tire Retail Store Leader, you'll do the following: Deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and promote store initiatives Build customer loyalty while supporting team and company goals. Manage budgets, payroll, and store performance; maintain accurate financial records. Oversee staff scheduling and development; stay current through ongoing training. Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and handle additional duties as needed. Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction.
