Pediatric Speech Therapist in Rochester, MI

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in educational settings
• Knowledge of IEPs, assessment, intervention, and collaborative planning
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment and direct therapy services to students across varied age groups (placement based on your expertise and preference)
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other service providers to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with district and professional requirements
• Contribute to team meetings, and support inclusive practices in self-contained as well as mainstream classrooms
