Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused phone-based Swimming Pool Technician to assist customers with pool maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, water chemistry guidance, and service support over the phone. The ideal candidate has experience in the swimming pool industry, familiarity with equipment brands we recommend, strong communication skills, and the ability to diagnose and resolve customer concerns remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding pool equipment, maintenance, and water chemistry.
• Troubleshoot swimming pool systems remotely, including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, chlorinators, and cleaners.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for resolving common pool issues.
• Assist customers with pool opening, closing, and seasonal maintenance questions.
• Recommend appropriate products, replacement parts, and service solutions.
• Document customer interactions, service recommendations, and troubleshooting notes in company systems.
• Coordinate with field technicians and scheduling staff when on-site service is required.
• Educate customers on proper pool care, safety, and preventive maintenance.
