This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of safety and quality. The floor lead will oversee 3d printing production daily operations. This position is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the dynamic and growing field of digital fabrication.Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead an hourly labor pool and support functions, resource planning and training. Foster a positive and collaborative environment for our Team members that emphasizes safety, quality, and accountability.Operational Excellence: Oversee main aspects of production/operational processes, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to schedules, and high-quality output across multiple digital manufacturing platforms.Issue Resolution: Resolve immediate production issues and implement effective corrective and preventative actions to minimize downtime.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead/manager role.Experience managing direct hourly employees in a high-throughput environment.Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills.Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to mentor employees across all levels of the organization.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field.Experience with advanced additive manufacturing technologies or digital fabrication tools.Our Benefits & Perks:Comprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)401K matching and access to financial advisorsGenerous paid Parental LeaveAnd of course… unlimited 3D printsThe pay ranges vary depending on the level of the positionWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
