StaffBuildersHR is seeking a motivated, relationship driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, supporting workforce planning initiatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving revenue growth within assigned accounts. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and works closely with recruiting and operations teams to deliver customized staffing solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, consultative in their approach, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is passionate about building long term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by serving as a trusted workforce solutions partner and primary point of contact for staffing needs
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, community involvement, and strategic outreach within assigned territories and target markets
  • Conduct discovery meetings with decision makers to understand business operations, workforce challenges, hiring goals, and growth initiatives while identifying opportunities to provide customized staffing solutions
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client staffing needs while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
  • Address client concerns, service issues, and workforce challenges promptly and professionally while maintaining a solutions oriented approach
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM, documenting all client interactions, opportunities, activities, and next steps throughout the sales cycle
  • Monitor market trends, workforce conditions, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and provide valuable insights to clients
  • Consistently achieve or exceed established performance goals, including business development activities, client meetings, revenue objectives, and account growth initiatives

Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B consultative sales with provable history of exceeding revenue goals required
  • Minimum 3 years of staffing sales experience with an existing client base preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Strong understanding of staffing industry dynamics, including recruitment processes, workforce trends, and client needs
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to drive growth
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Bullhorn Preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
