Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Tucson, Arizona. We operate under the idea that we are most successful by focusing on one job and being great at that job. Qualifications Fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Arizona. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state where they will practice. Compensation Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. What We Need Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. A true partnership mindset. Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support). Candidates interested in growth into leadership or supervisory roles. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
