Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). Patient ratio of 4:1 during weekdays, 1:1 on weekends. Approximately 8 visits per day with a daily census of 175. Highlights:

Acute care hospital setting working with adult and geriatric patient populations 91-day travel assignment with opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience 24-hour orientation program with onsite training and interdisciplinary physical therapy support First-time travelers welcome with 1 year of experience required Up to 4 days of approved time off available during contract Work with a variety of conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation Requirements:

Active New Mexico Physical Therapist Assistant license (pending applications accepted with 2-3 week processing time) Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant Experience with charting systems required Competency in acute care settings and ability to work with assistive devices and rehabilitation equipment Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility location Why Join Us?
