What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1.5 years in a Cath Lab setting within the last year.
• Versatile skills including circulating, scrubbing, and hemodynamic monitoring-candidates comfortable with multiple roles are highly valued.
• Expertise in managing patients with coronary artery disease, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, complex total occlusions, valvular, renal, carotid, limb salvage, thrombosis, TAVR, MitraClip, and other advanced procedures.
• Strong knowledge of vasoactive drug administration, sedation protocols, sterile technique, air management, and complex devices like Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Laser, and Lithotripsy Atherectomy.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; valid driver's license required for facility mobility.
• Ability to operate and support advanced imaging and monitoring systems, including Philips imaging equipment, EMR systems, IV pumps, and medication dispensing tools.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with complex interventional procedures, peripheral vascular services, and structural heart interventions.
• Ability to scrub and monitor for diverse cardiac cases.
• Support in critical patient assessment and management.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• A current RN license with relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with Meditech Expanse EMR, Merge hemodynamic monitors, and ancillary equipment like IVUS, EKOS, FFR, Laser, and Atherectomy devices.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to float between facilities including Willis Knighton Pierremont, Bossier, and WKMC North.
• Flexible schedule with rotating call, overnight shifts, and weekends.
• Orientation and precepting included to ensure a smooth transition into the team.
