THE POSITION Location: Elk River, MN (55330) Hours: Days Every Sunday 10-hour shift Days Every other Monday & Saturday 10-hour shifts Client Specifics: 6 years old with a g-tube HCNs attend school with client Location: Elk River, MN (55330) Hours: Days Tuesdays 9.5-hour shift Client Specifics: 2-year old with a g-tube Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
