What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with a focus on financial results
  • Passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring the team
  • Strong commitment to operations and customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset for business growth initiatives
  • ServSafe certification
