Performance Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead a cross-functional partnership between Marketing and Operations. This role is pivotal in developing audience strategies, segmentation, and scalable performance marketing programs. The successful candidate will manage and optimize paid campaigns across various channels and work closely with creative and sales teams to create high-performing ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audience strategy and segmentation for performance marketing programs.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms including YouTube, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and more.
- Conduct experiments for new channels and campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
- Track budgets and performance goals, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve KPIs.
- Create reports and monitor key performance metrics to enhance ROAS.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Bing platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage AI tools for optimization.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
