Student loan repayment Paid time for Continuing Education Full‑time and part‑time positions available Key Responsibilities Provide Clinical dental services to patients to prevent or eliminate dental disease. Facilitate onboarding, training and continuing education of assigned staff and their work. Utilize quality improvement methods to ensure and maintain efficient and effective clinic processes, including patient flow. Analyze monthly productivity reports to identify issues or areas of improvement. Monitor clinical productivity and review other clinical reports on a regular basis. Identifying the developmental needs of others, coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills. Supervise local dental care staff, including supervisory administrative duties and performance management activities. Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations prescribed by the Tennessee Board of Dentistry and the Tennessee Department of Health Essential to the control of preventable diseases and maintenance of dental health.
