Accountant - AP

SSC Signs & Lighting, LLC is a national design, fabrication and installation sign company headquartered in DFW, Texas. We currently have an opening for an experienced and motivated Accountant. This position will be an integral part of the AP team within the accounting department. Responsibilities Include: Evaluate, process, and review invoices received by vendors for accuracy, job cost coding and contractual required supporting documentationProvide the project team with support for change order management Work with accounting team to develop and provide job costing reporting to executive leadershipMonitor financial controls and proceduresManage ACH, Wires and check paymentsAssess invoicing documents accuracy and completeness, tracking down missing or correct data when necessaryAssist with purchase orders as necessaryReconciliations for month end closeSupport other ad hoc activities as required
