Job Description Job Description Assembler - Full-Time Goleta, Ca | $19-$20/hr | M-Th, 4/10 schedule | Onsite Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Final Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work in lean manufacturing cells performing final assembly of our infrared (IR) camera products and cores. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, demonstrates flexibility, and is committed to producing high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: • Perform final assembly of IR camera products and cores within lean manufacturing work cells • Follow lean manufacturing processes and adhere to detailed work instructions • Read and interpret verbal and written assembly instructions • Ensure all products meet established quality standards • Inspect finished products as required • Train and cross-train on new products and work across multiple product lines • Accurately read and enter data using computer systems as needed What We’re Looking: For We value team players who are adaptable, eager to learn new skills, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
