Human Resource GeneralistImmediate need for a talented Human Resource Generalist. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Kokomo, IN (Onsite).Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Employment/Labor Relations/Manufacturing experienceUtilize lean manufacturing tools in the context of employee developmentAnalyze and utilize data to make decisionsExperience with managing conflict and having difficult conversationsDemonstrated ability to be approachable, able to communicate with all levels of employees, prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesBachelor's degreeMinimum 1 years of experience in Human Resources or related fieldProficient with Microsoft SuiteStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Strong follow up, problem solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work variable shifts, including weekendsAble to interact with all levels of management and Union officials to accomplish goalsManufacturing experience is highly desirableOur client is a leading Manufacturing Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
