Nephrology Nurse Practitioner

Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Location: New Windsor & Goshen, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2+ Years Nephrology Experience Required
Responsibilities
- Manage patients with CKD, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and other renal conditions
- Perform inpatient consultations and hospital rounding
- Conduct dialysis rounds and manage acute/chronic dialysis patients
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Active New York NP or PA license
- National certification and DEA license
- Minimum 2 years of nephrology experience
- Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Dialysis and hospital rounding experience
- EMR experience
- BLS/ACLS certification
- $120,000 Base Salary + $5,000 Bonus
- 3 Weeks PTO
- CME: 3 Days + $1,500 Allowance
