In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service both in person and over the phone while keeping daily administrative operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet patients as they arrive for scheduled appointments and assist with the check-in process.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide courteous, helpful customer service.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments for clinical and medical staff.
- Update patient demographic, financial, and account information accurately.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow office procedures at all times.
- Support front desk workflow in a fast-paced healthcare office setting.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch.
- Assignment Length: Temporary coverage from November through January.
