We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented individual to join our team and play a key role in sourcing quality vehicles. Position Overview The Automotive Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing vehicles from private sellers, service drive customers, and third-party platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills, negotiation ability, and a passion for the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Actively source vehicles through online marketplaces, service drive, and customer outreach Appraise vehicles and present competitive purchase offers Build relationships with customers looking to sell or trade in their vehicles Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication Work closely with sales and management teams to meet inventory goals Track and manage acquisition pipeline using CRM tools Stay up to date on market trends and vehicle values Qualifications Previous automotive sales, BDC, or acquisition experience required Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads Familiarity with appraisal tools and CRM systems is a plus Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Toyota Of Santa Barbara
