Committed CaregiverSupporting Clients at HomeGuardian Angel Senior Services is seeking committed caregivers who are dedicated to supporting families and helping clients remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. This role focuses on assisting with activities of daily living, end-of-life care, boosting spirits, and sustaining quality of life through exceptional home care services.Committed Caregivers must be available for 40 hours per week and be willing to see most clients assigned within the office service area. If in-home hours are unavailable during a given week, remaining hours may be completed in the home office assisting with administrative tasks. Travel time between clients and overtime are reimbursed according to standard guidelines.ResponsibilitiesAccept shifts assigned or offered during agreed-upon availability times within reasonable expectationReturn phone calls as soon as possible, and no later than 4 hoursGive ample notice for any unavailability or time off requestsProvide required employment paperworkReview client care plans before providing careHave reliable transportation to see assigned clientsCommunicate promptly with the agency about concerns or problemsComplete required in-service trainingsComplete documentation accurately and on timeMaintain client confidentiality at all timesReport concerns of abuse or neglectAvoid discussing personal problems, concerns, or opinions with clients or client representativesMaintain access to email and a reliable cell phone for updates, schedule changes, and company communicationWear personal protective equipment as trainedMaintain a clean, insured vehicle with recommended service up to datePerform all duties listed in the job description and follow all restrictionsMeet all qualifications and skills required for the roleFollow all agreed responsibilities as a condition of continued participationGuardian Angel Senior Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
