Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for individuals meeting Med/Surg level of care criteria
• Care for patients with Medicine or Med/Tele status on an inpatient unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience (required — candidates with less experience will not be considered)
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or professional nursing certification recognized by the Magnet Association
• 1–2 years of Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience
