JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE
  
• Licenses: Licensed in MN or IMLC
  
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS
  
• Fellowship: Required
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiothoracic surgical coverage including open and endoscopic surgeries.
  
• Manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care for cardiothoracic patients.
  
• Perform on-call duties as part of a 1:2 call rotation with 20-minute response time.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, anesthesia, and support staff.
  
• Document patient encounters in Epic EMR and adhere to hospital protocols.
