The Role We're looking for a Senior React Native Developer to lead the development of our mobile platform. As a core team member, you'll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build high-performance, user-friendly applications that revolutionize the health benefits experience. We are building amazing health-tech in our offices in sunny Charleston, South Carolina. What You'll Do Lead the development of scalable, high-quality mobile applications using React Native. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for a fast, seamless user experience. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in mobile development and health care tech. 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development. Strong expertise in React Native and its core principles. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and other modern front-end technologies. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and frameworks. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with app store deployment processes for both iOS and Android. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A passion for health care technology and improving people's lives through innovation. Bonus Points For Experience in health care or benefits-related projects. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and security best practices. Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS/Android). Work on meaningful projects that impact people's health and well-being.
