Job Description

Job Summary:
The CT Technologist will perform computed tomography imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning across a variety of patient populations, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. This role involves working in outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ICU settings, ensuring high-quality imaging services with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and optimize CT imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images for a wide range of patient cases.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including BLS and ARRT CT certification requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adapt to various clinical environments as needed, including floating to different facilities.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide exceptional patient care, including IV starts and biopsies when needed.
• Assist with contrast administration and execute PACS procedures efficiently.
• Complete required modules during orientation and pass all compliance exams, including EKG testing.

Qualifications:

• Hold active ARRT CT certification and BLS certification.
• Possess at least one year of recent CT experience in diverse settings, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC EMR systems and contrast protocols.
• Be able to pass a compliance EKG exam within two attempts.
• Have a valid driver's license and meet travel compliance standards.
• Willing to submit to thorough background checks and education verification.
