Community Services Advocate & Coordinator (Hybrid)

North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) is seeking a Service Coordinator for the Consumer Services - AV team. The role provides information, advocacy, and service arrangements for consumers and families in a community-based setting. You will develop and monitor individualized program plans, coordinate services, document actions per NLACRC policies, and advocate through community agencies.
