Outdoor Craftsperson: Carpentry, Metalwork & Stonework

Why Work Here?

"We are good people who do good work for good pay"

About The Position

We are looking for a good person who can do good work in a reasonable amount of time. You will be working in a small team of experienced professionals to design, fabricate and install creative outdoor environments. We specialize in roof gardens, and other outdoor rooms. You have to be able to take charge of your own portion of a project by implementing 3d models, 2d plans and details. Some days you will be the lead technician with some help and sometimes you will help another lead. Sometimes we work alone and sometimes as a large team. We need someone who loves to create and work with their hands. The dirty truth is some days yes we will all pitch in to work hard cutting stone with a chop saw or moving stone to build a unique wall or artistic patio floor. This is a construction job, but we are not looking for someone to just be a heavy lifter. Each day is different, as are each client and every feature of every project. You will be expected to know how to work in a shop environment, drive a medium size truck or large van, and be productive on site. We also need someone that can integrate carpentry with metalwork. Most of our outdoor kitchens, fences, decks, fountains, and pergolas combine all types of materials. We are beginning to work more and more with CNC, laser cutting, and other technologies. We are always training to learn new technologies to expand our abilities as a team. This year we are expanding into glass work and aluminum welding.Your contribution will be recognized, your individual skills will be considered and your opinion will matter. This is my dream job and we are always changing and trying to make it even better. Simply put, all we want is, good work, good people, good pay.
