4-Day Work Week | Heat Treat Operator | 2nd Shift We're hiring for a Heat Treat Operator position with a manufacturing company in the Cookeville area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, pays close attention to detail, and wants to be part of a critical production process. If you're comfortable working around heat and industrial equipment, we'd like to hear from you. What you'll do: Load and unload castings into baskets for continuous oven processing Monitor heat treat operations and ensure parts are processed correctly Straighten parts as needed after they exit the oven Document drive times, temperatures, and production counts Perform Brinell hardness testing on designated batches Assist with routine and preventative maintenance on equipment Float to other production areas as needed when ovens are not running What you need: Previous manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to work safely in a hot industrial environment Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to stand, lift, and work throughout a 10-hour shift Dependable attendance and willingness to learn Pay & Schedule: Pay: $17.00 Days/hours: 2nd Shift Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week EOE | Drug-Free Workplace #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment International (US)
