Sales Manager, SMB Growth & Field Leadership

Spectrum

Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Business Sales to lead a high-performing SMB sales team. You will mentor account executives, manage daily operations in the field, and drive growth while delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role focuses on coaching, territory planning, and achieving budgeted sales goals, with 80% field time and 20% office duties.
