Customer Service Rep
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Rep at Reeb Millwork to join our values based organization. Responsibilities & essential functions include conferring with customers by telephone to provide information about products and services, taking and processing orders, answering customers' questions, keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, monitoring orders to ensure expeditious, complete, and correct delivery, resolving customer complaints by researching the order history and taking disposition of incorrect products or service, following up to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems, and referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Additionally, solicit sale of new or additional services or products, including up-selling and add-on selling. Starting pay is $20-$23/hr based on experience.
