Compensation:

$42,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold our commitment to excellence.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement strategies that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive team environment by mentoring staff, promoting professional growth, and recognizing achievements.
• Oversee financial performance by managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Coordinate with the General Manager to develop and execute strategic plans that align with our business goals.
• Address guest feedback promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement and guest satisfaction enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hotel management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with department heads to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and monitoring expenses to optimize financial performance.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor staff, promote professional growth, and recognize achievements.
• Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Experience in addressing guest feedback promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans in coordination with the General Manager, aligning with business goals.
