Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Oregon City, OR. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
PT(Compact Accepted)

Preferred Qualifications
Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Experience
Active OR License
CPR Certification
