• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Analyze client data and adjust interventions based on progress
• Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements
• Deliver both clinic-based and in-home ABA services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Active Virginia LBA (or eligibility to obtain)
• Ability to travel within assigned region
• Reliable transportation for hybrid service delivery
