Advanced Systems, Inc. is seeking a dependable and organized Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our sales, marketing, and business development efforts.

This is an entry-level position and a good opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable working on a computer and communicating by phone and email, and interested in learning more about sales, marketing, and the commercial construction industry.

Previous construction experience is not required.

 

Primary Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day sales and marketing administrative tasks.

Research potential customers and new business opportunities online.

Maintain and update customer and prospect contact lists.

Enter and organize sales leads and potential opportunities.

Assist with follow-up emails and phone calls to prospective customers.

Help schedule sales and business development meetings.

Track outstanding sales leads and follow-ups.

Assist with preparing basic marketing materials, presentations, and company information.

Help maintain project photos, company qualifications, references, and project lists.

Assist with company social media and basic marketing activities.

Research potential networking events, associations, and prospective clients.

Help keep sales and marketing files organized.

Provide general administrative support to management.

 

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable making professional phone calls and sending emails.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Comfortable using the internet for research.

Dependable and able to follow through on assigned tasks.

Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous office, administrative, customer service, sales, or marketing experience is helpful but not required.
