Come grow with us!Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct all job duties in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner in alignment with company policies and procedures.Consistently demonstrate safe behavior, quality workmanship, and teamwork to support overall success of the organization.Actively participate in and support safety initiatives and improvement efforts within the facility.Build strong working relationships with crew members and internal departments to support high-quality production.Drive and implement positive changes within the work environment.Demonstrate effective troubleshooting skills throughout the manufacturing process.Safely and competently operate mobile equipment, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, scissor lifts, floor sweepers, and power washers.Perform confined space entry procedures, both as an entrant and an attendant, when required.Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in all work areas.Work overtime as needed, including 12-hour shifts.Adhere to all company and location-specific policies and safety regulations.Perform all other duties as assigned.Experience, Skills, and Abilities Preferred:Strong sense of urgency and self-motivation with the ability to work independently.Professional and effective interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency in using the Alkegen Oracle management system.Familiarity with ABB system control applications.Ability to work with limited direction and apply independent thinking in daily tasks.Qualifications:High School diploma, GED or equivalent experienceMinimum 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery and mobile equipment safely.Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools to ensure product specifications.Comfortable using computers and data entry systems; experience with Oracle or ABB systems is a plus.Must be able to work in confined spaces and perform tasks involving physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, bending, and climbing.Willingness and availability to work overtime, including 12-hour shifts and weekends, as needed.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.Must be available to work 12-hour shift, OT and weekends as needed.Basic computer skills.If you are interested in being part of a world class company here at Alkegen then we would love to hear from you.At Alkegen, we strive every day to help people – ALL PEOPLE – breathe easier, live greener and go further than ever before.
