Interventional Radiology Technologist Dallas, TX Specialty: Interventional Radiology Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $3284 - $3957 | Shift: 4x10s, Mon-Fri, 0630-1700 with rotating day off and rotating on-call schedule Are you an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist looking for your next adventure? Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated professional to perform high-quality interventional radiology procedures, ensuring the best possible care for patients. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients. You will work under the general supervision of a Radiologist, performing procedures on both ambulatory and hospital patients.
- Perform high-quality IR procedures according to exam protocols
- Utilize AIDET communication to ensure patient comfort and accurate service
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, maintaining safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness, reporting any issues to management
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection-control, and radiation policies
- Maintain accurate medical imaging records
- BLS (AHA Only), TX-MRT, ARRT certifications
- 2 years of IR experience, with Trauma-Body and Neuro-Stroke experience required
- Epic and Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Ability to take on-call duties and report within 30 minutes
