Job Title Registered Nurse – Hematology / Outpatient Infusion (Oncology) Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No weekends, no holidays, no on-call responsibilities Key Responsibilities Administer infusions across a mixed caseload including hematology, oncology, monoclonal antibodies, and non-oncology referral infusions Manage a typical daily assignment of up to 8 infusion patients within a maximum daily capacity of 24 patients Provide chairside chemotherapy teaching to patients and families Perform and maintain strong IV/vascular access and port access skills Collaborate effectively with a small, close-knit oncology care team including MDs, APPs, LPNs, and Ambulatory Techs Work independently and manage a full patient assignment with minimal supervision Required Qualifications Current, unencumbered New York State RN licensure 2–3 years of recent infusion experience required ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Proficiency with Epic EMR and Alaris infusion pumps Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and the oncology care team Preferred Experience / Skills Outpatient clinic experience highly desired Experience working in a community-based oncology or hematology practice Familiarity with monoclonal antibody infusion protocols Why Join Us Join a community-based oncology practice affiliated with a nationally recognized, NCI-designated cancer center Enjoy a consistent, predictable schedule with no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
