RN Supervisor – Part-Time (3 PM – 11 PM / 11 PM – 7 AM)Location: Long Beach, New YorkShift: Part-Time (Evening & Overnight)Salary: $55/hourOverview: Park Avenue Extended Care is seeking a Part-Time RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality care for residents during evening and overnight shifts.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, including orientation and ongoing training.Oversee implementation of resident care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and Unit Manager.Review daily patient conditions, occurrence reports, and handle medical emergencies.Maintain accurate patient records and prepare nursing care statistics.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited School of NursingCurrent RN license in New YorkCurrent BLS/CPR Certification (AHA or ARC)Infection Control CertificateNYS Mandatory Child Abuse Reporting Training CertificateNursing Home experience preferredSigmaCare experience preferredApply Today: If you are a dedicated and compassionate RN with leadership experience and a commitment to quality care, we encourage you to apply.
