Reach Truck Operator - 2nd Shift

Pay: $20.00/hour

Shift: 2:00 PM start (2nd Shift)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team in Stow, Ohio. This position plays a key role in safely moving, locating, stacking, and counting merchandise within the facility. The ideal candidate will have prior reach truck experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a reach truck to move product throughout the warehouse
• Load, unload, pick, and stage materials accurately
• Safely stack and store materials in high racking systems
• Perform daily equipment inspections before use
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper scanning and documentation
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Previous reach truck/forklift experience required
• Ability to work at heights and in narrow aisles
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
