DESCRIPTION

Classic Events Banquets and Catering is seeking an experienced Banquet Captains for their three banquet venues, Acqua, the Foundry and Lafayette Ballrooms.

Classic Events is considered WNY's premier banquet and events companies offering first class service and food for any occasion. Our Banquet Captains are an essential part of ensuring that our guest experience is a memorable one by providing first class service to all of our guests a while possessing a pleasant attitude and genuine smile for all of our guests. Our banquet Captains are an essential part of our events by overseeing banquet staff and ensuring all of the details are attended to


REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years banquet and hospitality experience
• Adherence to all safety and health requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable and willing to work flexible hours
• Willingness to exceed and grow within the company
• Transportation preferred
• Willing to work flexible schedules based around event schedule
• Must be able to lift and carry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to give direction while being a team player/leader
