Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and uphold Jet's Pizza standards.
- Assist in preparing food and fulfilling orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Follow health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Support a positive work environment based on teamwork and respect.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reconciliation.
