Marvin offers an extensive relocation benefit package that includes the movement of your household goods, temporary housing, and much more - in addition to a relocation counselor to assist you throughout the entire journey.Highlights of Your RoleProvide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work, collaborating with Automation Systems, Maintenance, Information Systems, and Operations.Support team leadership activities, including interviewing candidates, training employees, planning work, balancing workloads, delegating assignments, evaluating work, addressing concerns, and resolving problems.Research, analyze, install, and test automation control systems to improve machine efficiency, advance existing systems, and support current and future production demands.Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming-related equipment and facility issues. Recommend preventive maintenance rule sets for recurring issues and identify opportunities to improve operational procedures.Manage projects and timelines through successful completion or resolution while maintaining feedback loops and providing end-user training.Serve as a liaison with vendors to ensure new and modified equipment, control panels, wiring schematics, components, and electrical practices align with Marvin specifications and procedures.
