An Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of an office. This role involves managing schedules, answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining filing systems, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings and appointments. The Administrative Assistant serves as a key point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service.
