We are opening a door-to-door channel and handing it to a committed closer who wants uncapped income, a protected territory, and a real book of business they own.

What you are selling

• Full exterior cleaning: house and soft washing, pressure washing, window cleaning, gutters
• High ticket. Our average job is approaching $1,000 , so every close is real money

• Warm, affluent territories: Wellesley, Weston, and the surrounding towns

How you get paid (uncapped, weekly)

• 25% commission on monthly sales up to $10,000, then 30% on monthly sales from $10,000 to $20,000
• Paid weekly on collected revenue from jobs you closed, once we complete the work. No waiting a month for your money.
• Per deal: at our near-$1,000 average job, a single close pays you around $250 .
• You build a book that keeps paying you: when a customer you closed books additional services within 3 months, you earn commission on those too.
• Service plans pay you on each service as it runs and is collected. Sell the contract once, earn every interval it runs.
• W-2 position: taxes withheld, workers' comp coverage included, and a clear written commission agreement so there are no surprises.

An honest benchmark

Our founder produces about $10,000 in monthly sales working part-time , roughly 10 hours a week. That is $2,500 a month at the base rate. This role is built for a closer who goes full-time and blows past that. Run full days and you have clear room to reach $20,000 or more in monthly sales ($5,500+ a month with the tier accelerator), and there is no cap above it. Your income is exactly what you sell.

No cap on the work, ever

You will never lose a deal because we are too busy. Sell it, and we guarantee the job gets done and you get paid. If you outsell our current capacity, we hire and train technicians to keep up with you. Your only ceiling is how much you can close.
