- Washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware
- Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter
- Follows sanitation and cleaning procedures including maintaining a clean, dry floor as well as making sure full trashcans and boxes are removed properly
- Ensure equipment is working properly and any issues are reported to management immediately
- Ability to listen and follow directions
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accountability
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment
- Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork and equipment
- May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team
