Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, serving adults facing a wide spectrum of emotional disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LMFT license issued by the State of California.

• At least three years of professional clinical experience providing therapy to individuals and families.

• Strong proficiency in the use of technology, specifically video conferencing platforms for remote therapy sessions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of diagnosis and treatment protocols for mental and emotional disorders, supported by a solid foundation in therapeutic methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a remote or telehealth setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
