Must-Have Skills

• Proctor research experience.

• Prior 6-month tenure working with Apple Black or Ultra Products.

• Manager experience.

• Human Factors Research Background.

Tasks Performed

• Manage & Develop the Proctor Team - Lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user study proctors, ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocols.

• Uphold Data Integrity - Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions, ensuring rigorous standards are met.

• Plan & Execute Research - Design, implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products.

• Develop & Approve Protocols - Lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals.

• Collect & Analyze Data - Oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results.

• Communicate Findings - Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively.
