As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will be an essential part of this mission, helping children gain the skills they need to thrive at home, in school, and in their community. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Track progress through timely documentation using EMR systems Set and achieve meaningful goals outlined in each Plan of Care Manage your caseload effectively while mentoring and supervising PTAs Collaborate with families, schools, early intervention programs, and care teams Empower families through education and support What we offer: Live and on-demand Professional Development opportunities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) Savings Plan Easterseals Cares Wellness Program A culture that supports Work-Life Balance The opportunity to make a lasting impact in your community Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred) Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida Medicaid and National Provider Number (preferred) Previous pediatric experience (preferred; but passion for working with children is key!)
