Sr. Designer-Visual Design

Principal Accountabilities
• Visualize design concepts by taking inputs from the CX/UI wireframes, story board and interacting with the Instructional Designers and technical writers
• Manage the design and delivery of rich graphics, illustrations, User Interface (UI) designs and animations as per specifications Ensure graphic design team creates high quality designs solutions
• Carry out regular reviews with the team to ensure development & delivery of design solutions in line with customer requirements within agreed timelines Manage development of subordinates
• Perform all activities related to maintaining a successful knowledge management including re usage, accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with CX to create user centered designs across channels
• Communicate your ideas in a variety of ways from hand drawn sketches & scamps, storyboards, pixel perfect visuals or prototypes
• Create light weighed style guides and brand guidelines to supplement prototypes for our implementation partners
• Working with Project Managers to estimate and scope projects
• Mentoring and helping to develop more junior members of the design team
• Take ownership of projects from initial briefing to delivery with ability to work independently or as part of a team
