Candidates must be currently located in, or planning to relocate to, the following location: Territory: Solano County: Vacaville* What you’ll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologies (ST): In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders that affect communication. You will serve as an educator, patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care team. Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines preferred.
